Motion by the respondent to admit pro hac vice, Thomas Michael Hefferon, an attorney in good standing in the District of Columbia, and James W. McGarry, an attorney in good standing in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, to represent the respondent on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, both dated February 27, 2006.
