v Steven Solovay, respondent.

(Index No. 27577-06)

DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals by Sandra Solovay from three orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, one dated February 27, 2007, and two dated April 4, 2007.

Now, on the court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeal from the order dated February 27, 2007 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2007-04856) is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, as no appeal lies form an order entered upon stipulation (see CPLR 5511); and it is further,

ORDERED that the appeal from the order dated April 4, 2007 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2007-04857), which appointed a law guardian, is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, as the order is not appealable as of right and leave to appeal has not been granted (see CPLR 5701).

RIVERA, J.P., FLORIO, FISHER and DILLON, JJ., concur.
