| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to enlarge the record on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered March 14, 2000, to include the transcripts of the sentencing minutes of the appellant's prior convictions in the same court under Indictment Nos. 7992/85 and 14755/90.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and on or before June 21, 2007, the appellant is directed to file copies of the subject sentencing minutes with the Clerk of the court, if not already filed.
