| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION Motion by Counsel to be Relieved of Assignment - Family Court |
Motion by the appellant's assigned counsel to be relieved of the assignment to prosecute an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated April 27, 2006. The motion for assignment of counsel was granted on November 9, 2006, and the following named attorney was assigned as counsel to prosecute the appeal:

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
