It is Ordered that the motion and cross-motion are consolidated for the purposes of disposition. In the event the appellant fails to tender the arrears due through June 2007, ( $2,133.98 plus the June use and occupancy ), to the petitioner by June 28, 2007, the latter may move on five days' notice for an order vacating the stay.
