Motion by Karl E. Bonheim, Esq., to be relieved as the attorney for the appellant on prosecuting an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated February 2, 2007.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that on the court's own motion, the appellant and the other parties to this appeal or their counsel are directed to show cause before this court, why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeal as abandoned by each filing an affirmation or affidavit on the issue with the Clerk of this court on or before July 13, 2007; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion by assigned counsel is held in abeyance in the interim; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of this court, or his designee, is directed to serve a copy of this order upon the appellant and the other parties, including the Law Guardian, if any, to these appeals, or their counsel, by regular mail.
