Motion by the appellants to enjoin the respondent Geraldine Dooley-Rifenburgh from continuing with construction activity at the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated April 3, 2007.
