Motion by the appellant pro se on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Orange County, rendered December 8, 2005, for leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person, and for the assignment of counsel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied, with leave to renew on or before July 31, 2007, upon the submission of proper papers, including a financial affidavit, establishing that the appellant is entitled to poor person relief and indicating that the appellant is interested in pursing the appeal.
