DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Albany County, rendered December 12, 2006, which was transferred to this court by the Appellate Division, Third Department.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appellant shall prosecute the appeal expeditiously in accordance with this court's rules (see 22 NYCRR 670.1, et seq.) and written directions.
