Accordingly, we award plaintiff costs, in the form of reimbursement by defendant and her attorney for actual expenses reasonably incurred and reasonable attorneys' fees, and also impose a sanction of $5,000 each on defendant and her attorney (see 22 NYCRR 130-1.1[a]; 22 NYCRR 130-1.2).
