Motion by the appellant to enlarge the time to perfect appeals from four orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, all dated October 19, 2006, and to consolidate the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until August 13, 2007, and the record or appendix on the appeals and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the parties shall serve and file 12 copies of the record or appendix on appeal and their briefs.
