Application by the petitioner pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief on a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 which was transferred to this court by order of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated October 5, 2005.
ORDERED that the application is granted and the petitioner's time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until July 2, 2007, and the petitioner's reply brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
