DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Orange County, dated May 2, 2007, to stay enforcement of so much of the order as permitted unsupervised visitation pending hearing and determination of the appeal and for leave to prosecute the appeal under an anonymous caption.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to prosecute the appeal under an anonymous caption is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay enforcement of so much of the order as permitted unsupervised visitation is denied.
