DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant for leave to reargue his motion, inter alia, to stay enforcement of so much of an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated December 18, 2006, as awarded a money judgment to the respondent, and to reduce the appellant's child support obligation, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the same court dated February 26, 2007, which was determined by decision and order on motion dated May 1, 2007.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
