Motion by the respondent on both appeals to consolidate an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated September 15, 2006, with an appeal from an order of the same court dated April 20, 2007.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the appeals will be calendared together and shall be argued or submitted on the same day and the motion is otherwise denied.
