Motion by the appellant to hold the respondents in contempt for failing to comply with a decision and judgment of this court dated February 13, 2007, which determined a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 to review a determination of the Deputy Superintendent of Fishkill Correctional Facility, dated September 27, 2005.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
