Application by the appellant pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file reply briefs on appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated March 17, 2006, April 27, 2006, and January 3, 2007, respectively, and for leave to submit one reply brief for all three appeals.
ORDERED that the branch of the application which is to enlarge the time to serve and file reply briefs is granted and the reply briefs shall be served and filed on or before July 3, 2007; and it is further,
ORDERED that the application is otherwise denied.
