Motion by the defendants, inter alia, for leave to appeal to this court from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated March 2, 2007, to stay the trial pending hearing and determination of the appeal, and for relief pursuant to CPLR 5704.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are for leave to appeal and for relief pursuant to CPLR 5704 are denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic.
