It is Ordered that, pursuant to CPLR § 5704(b), the interim stay previously granted by the New York County Civil Court on June 20, 2007, is hereby vacated. The warrant of eviction may be enforced without further Marshal's notice after personal service of a copy of this order on the respondent's attorney and filing proof thereof with the Clerk of the Civil Court - New York County.
