It is Ordered that the motion and cross-motion are consolidated for the purpose of disposition. The stay of the execution of the warrant of eviction is continued to and including August 8, 2007. This is to afford the appellants a final opportunity to perfect this appeal from an order of the Civil Court, dated December 19, 2006, that permitted the execution of the warrant of eviction in this nuisance/illegal use of the premises-holdover proceeding.
