| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the plaintiff pro se for leave to appeal to this court from an order of the Appellate Term of the Supreme Court, Second and Eleventh Judicial Districts, dated March 26, 2007, which affirmed a judgment of the Civil Court, City of New York, Kings County, entered March 22, 2006, and for leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person is denied as academic.
