Appeals by Donnell Davis from four judgments of the County Court, Westchester County, all rendered March 31, 1998, which were determined by decision and order of this court dated July 26, 2004 (see People v Davis, 9 AD3d 468). The appellant was represented by the following assigned counsel on the appeals: Annette G. Hasapidis, Esq., 216 Oak Ridge Commons

Now, on the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that Annette G. Hasapidis is relieved as the appellant's assigned counsel and the following attorney is assigned as counsel for the defendant for the purpose of making a motion to the Court of Appeals pursuant to CPL 460.30 for an extension of time to make an application for a certificate granting leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order of this court dated July 26, 2004; and, if the motion is granted, to make an application for leave to appeal:
