Cambridge Dev., LLC v Staysna, Bruce

It is Ordered that the motion is granted only to the extent of staying the execution of the warrant of eviction until after July 9, 2007. This is to afford the appellant an opportunity to perfect the appeal from the November 3, 2006 order, despite the appellant's non-compliance with a December 2006 stipulation to promptly perfect the appeal and after the denial of any further stays by the trial court. If the appeal is perfected by said date, the appellant may move for a continuation of the stay. Otherwise, the warrant of eviction may be enforced after July 9, 2007.
