Motion by Bennett A. Cohen for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from three decisions and orders of this court all dated April 17, 2005, which determined (1) appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated September 4, 2003, and a judgment of the same court entered May 10, 2004 (Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2003-09477, 2006-11652), (2) an appeal from an order of the same court dated November 30, 2004 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2005-00692), and an appeal and cross appeal from an order of the same court dated February 2, 2005 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2005-03298).
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
