DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Angela G. Bhattan from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated October 16, 2006. By order dated May 30, 2007, assigned counsel's time to contact the appellant and comply with the order on certification dated February 13, 2007, was enlarged until June 29, 2007. By letter dated June 19, 2007, assigned counsel has informed this court that the appellant has not responded to numerous requests.

On the court's own motion, and no papers having been the papers filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the assigned counsel is relieved of the assignment; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements.
