Application by the appellant pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered November 15, 2006, and to enlarge the time to serve and file the respondents' briefs and the appellant's reply brief.
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until August 20, 2007, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondents' time to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until October 19, 2007, and the respondents' respective briefs must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the reply brief shall be served and filed on or before November 9, 2007.
