Motion by the appellant, in effect, to recall and vacate a decision and order of this court dated June 16, 2007, which dismissed his appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated February 10, 2006, for failure to timely perfect the appeal, to reinstate the appeal, to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal, and to stay his eviction from the subject premises pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
