Appeal by William J. Hongach from an order of the Family Court, Dutchess County, dated January 10, 2007. The appellant's brief was filed in the office of the Clerk of this court on May 18, 2007. On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the scheduling order dated July 3, 2007, is amended by deleting the phrase "the respondent's time to serve and file a brief on the appeal is enlarged until July 16, 2007," and substituting therefor the phrase, "the law guardian's time to serve and file a brief on the appeal is enlarged until July 16, 2007."
