Renewed motion by the respondent pro se for leave to defend an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered June 7, 2006, as a poor person, and for the assignment of counsel.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto; it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied, with leave to renew on or before July 31, 2007, upon proper papers, including the submission of a statement by the respondent, in the form of a sworn affidavit, setting forth the respondent's full financial situation including any and all sources of income, all expenses, and any and all assets, both real and personal.
