Motion by the appellant on appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated April 30, 2007, May 30, 2007, and June 1, 2007, respectively, to enjoin the respondents from interfering with the appellant's possession of the subject premises pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the court's own motion, on or before July 17, 2007, the appellant shall add to all copies of the record on file with the Clerk of this court, the notice of appeal dated June 26, 2007.
