Motion by the appellant for leave to renew his motion to prosecute an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated January 25, 2007, as a poor person and for the assignment of counsel.

ORDERED that the motion is denied on the ground that the appellant has not established the merits of the appeal (see CPLR 1101[a]).
