DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se for leave to renew her motion for leave to prosecute an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated December 19, 2006, as a poor person and for the assignment of counsel.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied, with leave to renew on or before August 6, 2007, upon proper papers indicating the appellant's current living arrangements and all expenses.
