Motion by the appellant, in effect, to recall and vacate a decision and order on motion of this court dated April 18, 2007, which dismissed, as abandoned, an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered April 28, 2003, and to reinstate this appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
