| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent to dismiss an appeal from a purported judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, rendered April 25, 2007, on the ground that the purported judgment is nothing more than a proceeding to cause the judgment rendered June 8, 1989, to be brought to execution.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appeal is dismissed (see People v Crawford, 239 AD2d 515).
