DECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION

Application by Richard P. Ferris, Esq., the attorney assigned to represent the appellant on appeals from two judgments of the County Court, Westchester County, both rendered January 6, 2006, which were determined by decision and order of this court dated February 27, 2007, in effect, to be relieved and to assign the appellant new counsel to make any motions deemed appropriate with respect to the decision and order of this court dated February 27, 2007, and/or a motion in the Court of Appeals for leave to appeal to that court from the decision and order of this court dated February 27, 2007.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the application is granted, Richard P. Ferris, Esq., is relieved from representing the appellant and the following attorney is assigned to represent the appellant in accordance with the above stated purposes:

and it is further,

ORDERED that assigned counsel shall serve a copy of this order on the Clerk of the County Court, Westchester County.
