Motion by the appellants-respondents for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from a decision and order of this court dated February 20, 2007, which determined an appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered October 5, 2005. Cross motion by the respondents-appellants for leave to reargue the appeal and cross appeal, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order of this court.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the cross motion, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion and the cross motion are denied.
