DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant, on appeals from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County, rendered June 11, 2007, and a resentence of the same court, imposed June 20, 2007, pursuant to CPL 460.50 for a stay of execution of the judgment and the resentence, and to release the appellant on her own recognizance, or in the alternative, to fix reasonable bail.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon hearing the attorneys for the respective parties, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for a stay of execution of the judgment rendered June 11, 2007, is dismissed (see CPL 460.50[3]); and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for a stay of execution of the resentence is denied.
