Motion by the appellant pro se an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered December 22, 2006, for leave to reargue those branches of his motion which were for free transcripts, to waive the filing fee, and for leave to file less than nine copies of the brief, which were determined by decision and order on motion dated May 4, 2007.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
