Motion by the appellant pro se for leave to reargue his motion for leave to prosecute an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered February 1, 2007, as a poor person and for the assignment of counsel, which was determined by decision and order on motion dated May 4, 2007.
