The above named appellant having appealed to this court from an ORDER of the CIVIL COURT, CITY OF NEW YORK, KINGS COUNTY entered on DECEMBER 13, 2006, and the RESPONDENT having moved this court by notice of motion returnable JUNE 21, 2007 to ENLARGE THE TIME TO FILE A RESPONDENT'S BRIEF and said motion having duly come on to be heard;
Now, on reading the papers filed in support of said motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, and due deliberation having been had thereon, it is,
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and said brief shall be served and filed by respondent within 21 days of the date of the order herein. Appellant, if she be so advised, may serve and file a reply brief within 14 days of the date that the respondent's brief is due to be filed pursuant to this order.
