| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 25, 2006, and November 28, 2006, respectively, and to enlarge the record on appeal to include the transcript of the deposition of Jon B. Kosches dated May 10, 2007.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge time is granted and the reply brief shall be served and filed on or before July 30, 2007; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
