It is Ordered that the motion is granted only to the extent of staying the execution of the warrant of eviction, to and including July 30, 2007. If, by said date, the appellant has tendered ten thousand dollars [$10,000.oo] to the petitioner, without prejudice, or deposited said amount with the Clerk of the Civil Court - New York County, then the appellant may move for a continuation of the stay. Otherwise, the warrant may be enforced after said date. If the appellant chooses to deposit the funds with the Civil Court, a copy of the receipt is to be faxed to the petitioner's attorney by July 30, 2007 by 5 pm, in order to avoid an eviction.
