On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that Leah W. Cohen, 57A Indian Lane, Canton Massachusetts, 02021, the Law Guardian who represented the children Candace S. and Cedric S. on appeals from an amended order of the Family Court, Dutchess County, dated August 16, 2005, and two orders of the same court both dated October 7, 2005, which were determined by decision and order dated March 20, 2007, is relieved of the assignment and is directed to turn over all papers in action to the new Law Guardian herein assigned to respond to a motion by the appellant for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order dated March 20, 2007, and if leave is granted to represent the children Candace S. and Cedric S. on that appeal.
ORDERED that pursuant to Family Court Act § 1120, the following named attorney is assigned as Law Guardian for Candace S. and Cedric S.:
