It is Ordered that the motion is granted only to the extent of enlarging the time to perfect the appeal to September 11, 2007, in order to be noticed for the November 2007 term. No further extension of time will be granted to perfect the appeal in this 2004 "summary" proceeding. The court notes that only the transcripts in this particular proceeding [ index # LT 85278/04] are to be included in the record on appeal. Likewise, only the exhibits admitted at trial in this 2004 summary proceeding are to be included in the record. In the event the appellant fails to comply with the orders of this court, the petitioner may move on five days' notice for an order vacating the stay.
