It is Ordered that the motion and cross-motion are consolidated for the purpose of disposition. The hearing to determine attorney's fees is stayed on condition that the appeal is perfected by August 8, 2007, and noticed for the October 2007 term. In the event of appellant's failure to comply with the foregoing condition, the petitioner-respondent may move on five days' notice for an order vacating the stay of the legal fees hearing.
