ORDERED that the order on certification of this court dated July 20, 2007, in the above-entitled matter is recalled and vacated and the following order on certification is substituted therefor:

Appeal by Vanessa Price from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated May 16, 2007. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Mindy L. Gress, Esq., dated July 9, 2007, it is

ORDERED that the respondent is granted leave to proceed as a poor person on the appeal, and the following named attorney is assigned as counsel to defend the appeal:

and it is further,

(2) the respondent is not interested in defending the appeal, or that he or she has been unable to contact the respondent, and wishes to be relieved of the assignment.
