Application by Eva M. Ciko, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on January 10, 1996, under the name Eva Marie Ciko, to change her name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Eva Ciko Carman.
Upon the papers submitted in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law, from Eva Marie Ciko to Eva Ciko Carman, effective immediately.
