DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to admit pro hac vice, Roberto Jose Gonzalez, an attorney in good standing in the District of Columbia, to represent the appellant on an appeal from an order of the County Court, Suffolk County, dated March 17, 2006, and to allow Courtney G. Saleski to withdraw as attorney, pro hac vice, for the appellant.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is,

ORDERED that the motion is granted.
