| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant Cynthia B. on appeals from five orders of the Family Court, Suffolk County, one dated September 27, 2006, one dated May 17, 2007, two dated May 18, 2007, and one dated May 30, 2007, respectively, and a decision of the same court dated January 2, 2007, (1) to consolidate the appeals from the order dated September 27, 2006, and the decision with the other appeals, and (2) to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals from the order dated September 27, 2006, and the decision.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that on the court's own motion, the appeal from the decision (Appellate Division Docket No. 2007-00573) is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that no appeal lies from a decision (see Family Ct Act § 1112; Schicchi v Green Constr. Corp., 100 AD2d 509); and it is further,
ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are to consolidate the appeal from the decision with the other appeals and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal from the decision are denied as academic; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal from the order dated September 27, 2006, is referred to the to the Clerk of this court for the issuance of a scheduling order pursuant to § 670.4(a) of the rules of this court (see 22 NYCRR 670.4[a]); and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
