Application by the respondents Ilyavu Kikirov and Oronzo N. Candido pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, entered October 10, 2006.
ORDERED that the application is granted and the movants' time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until August 13, 2007, and the movants' brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellants, if so advised, may file a reply brief to the brief of the respondents Ilyavu Kikirov and Oronzo N. Candido on or before August 28, 2007.
